New Hire Onboarding Program Plan

This learning experience is designed for new Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with at least 1–2 years of experience, helping them ramp quickly and confidently in a new role. Grounded in adult learning principles, blended learning strategies, and experiential practice, the onboarding program combines self-paced modules, live discussions, peer mentoring, and hands-on account activities. Learners are guided through connecting with their team and cross-functional partners, understanding company culture and offerings, mastering the Customer Success lifecycle, and becoming fully prepared to manage their book of business.
