In Customer Success, I’ve developed internal enablement resources, customer facing content, and live training sessions that turn learning into action. I also enjoy mentoring current and aspiring customer success professionals to help them grow their careers by offering guidance, feedback, and hands-on practice.
As the founder of LX Collab, I take on freelance learning design projects, creating digital courses and instructional materials that blend business strategy, learning theory, and design thinking.
